She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Ludwig Kleine and Mary Elizabeth Morris; her son Andy; and her brother-in-law Dumont Rush. She is survived by: her husband Doyle; her children, Sally Strong (John Pilquist), Patricia Christopherson (Gary), Stephen Strong (Katya) and Jennifer Norton (John); her grandchildren, Joseph, Rabecca, Kyle, Jack, Ben, Sara, Anastasia, Matthew and Antonina; her great grandchildren, Mary, Anna, Avery, Lily, Adam and Logan; and her sister Margaret "Peggy" Rush.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association.
