He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Elmer and Barbara Cook; and his nieces and nephews, Belinda Minette (Jason), Sandra Weyer, John Cook, Jeanine Tipton, Skip Gillstrom, Eric Gillstrom (Mandy) and Heidi Erspamer (Dave).
