He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Warren Foner and Irene Latisha Cummins; his brother Marvin Warren Foner; his daughter Sharon Elizabeth Foner; and his granddaughter Karly Elizabeth Wahlin.
He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Lloyd Foner (Myra) and Vernon Leroy Foner (Lorene); and his children, Lois Swope (Gregg) of Stillwater, MN, Darlene Christoph of Austin, TX, Mark Foner (Teresa) of Beavercreek, OR and Allen Foner (Kristin) of Wayzata, MN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Bradshaw Funeral Home (2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, MN 55082). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
