He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Jessie Revalee (Robert Larson) and Justin (Gina); his grandchildren, Greyson, Maeven and Jovie; his siblings, Paulette Tingley (Mike Bohlsen) and Suzy Farley (Terry); and his mother-in-law Joyce Sanders. He is also survived by nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews, and friends.
