He is survived by: his wife Dr. Elizabeth Ann Bruch; his siblings, Doris Strieter (Ron Redder) and Thomas Bruch (Linda Bruch); and his daughters, Angela Bruch (Denny Beck), Elizabeth M. Bruch (Dave Gage), Sarah Bruch (Brian Burbach) and Leah Bruch (Ted Goetsch). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and fourteen nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (115 4th St N, Stillwater, MN 55082).
