In the vast expanse of eternity, Dan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dan farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise and Milton LeRoy. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Schaan (Brad) of Stillwater, MN and Christopher Fleming (Kelly) of Durham, NC.; his wife Gayle; his brother Dennis (Brenda); and his nieces, Denys (Nicholas) and Danielle (Eric).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center (2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, MN 55082). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to fund cancer research (cancer.org), as many in charge have recently stifled innovation, ignoring the pleas of families like ours to find new treatments for devastating diseases.
