He was predeceased by: his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Nina; his daughters, Becky (Steve), Michelle (Nick) and Melissa (Andy); his grandchildren, Joseph, Benjamin, Macie, Grady, Brylie, Aubrie and Colbie; his brothers, Dan (Mary) and Chris; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by extended family members and great friends.
