He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey; and his siblings, Ramona Ott, Richard and Michael. He is survived by: his daughter Krista; his grandchildren, David Kostuch and Trisha Schauer (Dan); his siblings, Dennis and Rosalie Crowley (Jerry Murphy); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Busse and Janet Busse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
