She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; her parents, John Polzin and Lucille Polzin; and her siblings, John, Dick, Bob, Jerry and Marion.
She is survived by: her nephew Jonn; her children, Scott (Mary Lou), Steve (Shelli), Shawn (Lori) and Lisa (Ed); her brother Stephen "Butch" (Bobbie); and her brother-in-law Frank. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
