It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Frances Flock of Stillwater, Minnesota, born in Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Pete; her parents, George Hedrick and Frances Hedrick; her siblings, Elaine, Joe, Helen, Ron and Paul; her parents-in-law, Lawrence and Mary Flock; her siblings-in-law, Mary Alice Dobbs, Marion Hill, Clayton Hulleman, Ken Warriner, Dave Sullivan, Fran Nicol, Walt Riley and Dave Flock; her nieces and nephews, Barb Peterson, Chris Logterman, Jim Hedrick and Randy Flock; and her son-in-law Tom Flock-Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Mary-Frances Smith (Michael), Trish Flock-Johnson, Peter Flock (Sharon), Jane Flock (Paul), Georganne Gabrielli (Mark) and Joseph Flock (Jen); her siblings, Dorothy, Noel, Joan and Mary; her in-laws, Betty Hedrick, Peg Hedrick, Carolette Hedrick, Helen Pedretti, Louise Kelsey (Larry), Edward Flock (Barb), Thomas Flock (Pam) and Theresa Walchek (Bob); her grandchildren, Jessica (Kendell), Lauren (Craig), Peter "Alex" (Marissa), Sam (Makayla), Tayler (Eric), Maddy (Nick), Matthew, Henry, Quinton (Becky), Dominic, Casey, Maria, Hazel (Zach), Aiden, Khiera, Addie, Jake, Olivia and Willis; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Rylee, Norah, Vinny, Lila and Leo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Michael (611 3rd St S, Stillwater, MN 55082).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Croix Catholic School, Stillwater, MN, or Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School, Lake Havasu City, AZ.
