He is survived by: his wife Paula; his daughters, Amy Henry (Chris), Stacy Herink (Mike), Shannon Witzel (Mark) and Noelle Murphy (Tim Capelle); his grandchildren, Alexandar, Carter Herink, Tristan and Dylan Murphy; his pet Phoebe; and his siblings, Gerald "Ger", Tom, Jack (Kathy), Dan (Nancy), Doug (Peggy), Bob Beedle and Leila Deliman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
