She is survived by: her children, JoAnn (Becky), Susan (Mike) and David; her grandchildren, John (Alisha), David, Dylann and Max; her brother David; and her nieces, Julie, Beth (Peter), Lisa, Mary Jo (Mike), Carole (Mike) and Gayle. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

Per Barbara's and her family's wishes, no flowers.
