He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen O'Brien; his granddaughters, Teressa Simon and Michelle Palmer; and his mother Georgia Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Bill Palmer (Barb), Lee Tidman (Ray), Lorah Titterud (Jerry), Mary Simon (Ward), Sue Jacobson (Tony), Ann (Bob) of St. Aubin, Nelle Thompson (Gregg), Steve Palmer and Devon Dressely (Al); and his great grandchild Julie Chatterson. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren.
