He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth "Jack" and Freda Craddock Pennell; his sons, William Dale Pennell (Kathy Clark) of Jacksonville, Kevin Lee Pennell (Lana) of Goodletsville, TN and Bruce Wayne Pennell (Rebecca) of Stewartville, MN; his grandchildren, Christina Pennell Dirden (Ryan Dirden), Katy Pennell, Cody Pennell and Winston Pennell; and his siblings, Keith Pennell (Dixie) of Murrayville, John Pennell (Donna) of Winchester, Bud Pennell, Jackie Taylor and Phyllis Long. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
