He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Korsness and Melissa Korsness (Klegseth); his niece Lois Darrington; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Korsness and Curtiss Danielson.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Lori Olson (Dale) of Stewartville, Mark Korsness of Rochester and Sarah Korsness (Jim Macius) of Stewartville; his grandchildren, Nicole of Stewartville, Daniel of Stewartville, Patrick of Stewartville, Katherine Olson of Stewartville and Wyatt Macius of Stewartville; and his siblings, Helen Danielson of St. Paul, MN and Lester Korsness of Decorah, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to Zion Lutheran Church or Good Earth Village.
