She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephan ''Pat" and Helen Briese (Betcher); and her brother Wayne Briese. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Marni Henke of Loveland and Scott (Jennie Henke) of Washington; her granddaughters, Katie Henke and Elizabeth Henke; and her brother William "Buck" Briese (Carol) of Stewartville.
