He was predeceased by: his parents, Everell Hayenga and Esther Hayenga (Sullivan); and his wife Helen. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Sherry) of Stewartville, Jon of Stewartville and Galen (Irene) of Evans; his grandchildren, Kathaleen Brand (Todd), Sarah Hassig (Marty), Robert Hayenga, Mary Hayenga, Kristen Hayenga and James Hayenga; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Zach, Blake, Becky and Colton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
