He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Dorothy Bailey (Skamfor); his son Dennis Bailey; and his siblings, Donald Bailey, Inez Nunez (Miller) and Elaine Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his son Ricky Bailey (Sheryl) of Wasioja; his grandchildren, Alan and Kyle Bailey; his son Sheldon Bailey (Robin) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Joshua Bailey (Alex) and Shelby Sample (Daylon); and his sisters, Lois Bates (Wayne) of Austin and Ladonna Klapperick of Austin. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
