She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whetson and Mary Whetson (O'Connor); her husband Royce; her son Greg; and her siblings, Charlotte "Chuck" Christenson, Margaret "Marmie" Latcham, Bernard "Bud" Whetson, Vince Whetson and James Whetson.

She is survived by: her children, Larry (Marilyn) of Mound and Janet Holzerland of Rochester; her grandchildren, Andrew Holzerland (Ali), Bradley Holzerland (Megan) and Charles Holzerland (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Grayson, Owen, Grant and Scarlet; and her brother Francis "Mike" Whetson of Lake Lillian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
