Nelsen of Stewartville, Minnesota, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Fred" Johnson and Geneva Johnson (Quist); her siblings, Shirley Celebron, Earl Johnson Jr., Gene Johnson and Donald Johnson; and her aunt Arlene Nelson.
She is survived by: her former husband Wayne Kammerer Sr.; her husband David Hall Nelsen; her children, Wayne Kammerer Jr. (Heather) of Bronx, NY and Jodi Dettmann (David) of Rochester, MN; her granddaughters, Lora and Geneva Dettmann; her brothers, Dr. Kent Johnson (Shirley) of River Falls and John Johnson (Danita) of Rockford, IL; her sister-in-law Bernice Johnson of Rockford, IL; and her cousin Judy Lauer (Mark) of Prescott, AZ.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
