We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2020, Virginia Carrigan in Stewart, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Carrigan (Bob); and her siblings, John, Roy and Peggy. She is survived by: her brothers, Willis, Ronald and James; and her nieces and nephews, Constance (Jerry), Roy (Theresa), Veronica (Michael), Clarice (John), Lois, Francis and Edwin (Christine). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
It continued every 4 years from 1996 until 2020 when everything was restricted for coronavirus precautions.
