Richard Roman Gajeski Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Roman Gajeski of Stephen, Minnesota, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Gajeski and Bernice Gajeski (Janikowski); and his brother Gene. He is survived by: his wife Kim Laudal; his children, Jackie Crane (Weston) of Buckeye, AZ, Sara Kautzmann (Colter) of Trophy Club, TX, Adam Gajeski (Britni) of Stephen and Kalie Gajeski (Tom Nugteren) of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Chloe Crane, Preslee, Blakely Kautzmann, Gwendolyn and Elliot Gajeski; his sisters, Ramona Arch (Don Kuhn) of Mesa, AZ and Laurel VanDake (Bruce) of Park Rapids, MN; his sister-in-law Suzanne Gajeski; and also, Denny Laudal (Adele), Darrell Laudal (Linda), Jody Field (Jay) and Doyle Laudal (Donna).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 5:30 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 7:15 PM. A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 7:30 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church.
Memorials are preferred and may be made to the local organizations- + The Old Hometown Museum or + The Stephen Lions Club in honor of Rick's 35+ year membership.
