She was predeceased by: her parents, Berdeen Blankenship and Mary Blankenship (Mae); her husband Stephen Matuke; her children, Theresa Blankenship and Rick Blankenship; and her siblings, John "Jack" Blankenship, Leo, Richard "Dick", Michael Blankenship, Marjorie Davis and Delores Wix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Blankenship and Julie Lutgens-Chiles (Sean) of Oregon; her grandsons, Preston Blankenship of Wyoming, Chaz and Everett Chiles of Oregon; her siblings, Duane Blankenship, David, Kenneth (Lea), Ann Vinton, Janet Herbster (Ken) and Phyllis Fleming (Tom); and her sisters-in-law, Jan Blankenship, Susan Snell and Audrey Blankenship.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the American Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
