It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Jarshaw of Stephen, Minnesota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jarshaw and Genevieve Jarshaw (Olson); and his brothers, Darryl Jarshaw and Michael Jarshaw. He is survived by: his wife Nina Thorlacius; his sister Dede Swanson (Van); his sisters-in-law, Laural Jarshaw and Pattie Jarshaw; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Swanson (Lisa), Ryan Swanson (Katie), Darrick Jarshaw (Kasia), Dustin Jarshaw, Danni Jarshaw (Cari), Trevor Jarshaw (Tara), Tyson Jarshaw (Tara) and Tara Weigel. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Rindal Cemetery or the Pennington County Humane Society.
