He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly; his grandson Aaron Holzheimer; and his siblings, Ludwig, Harold, Vernon, Raymond, Elden, Emil, Johanna, Emily, Amanda and Marlys.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Holzheimer (Arden) of Kimball, Sherry Rombach (Thomas) of North Platte, NE, Richard Pochardt of Starbuck, Scott Pochardt (Bobbi) of Starbuck, Pam Tangen (Lee) of Starbuck and Greg Pochardt (Janelle) of West Fargo, ND; his sisters, Myrtle Anderson (Clarence) of East Bethel and Darlene Hagestuen of Starbuck; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Pochardt of Morris, Mae Pochardt of Alexandria, Dagny Schwendemann of Starbuck and Delores Pochardt of Mesa, Arizona. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
