It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josiah Wright of Starbuck, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Maynard Wright, Herman, Geraldine Maanum and Dee Stewart. He is survived by: his parents, Heather Wartner and Jesse Wartner of Starbuck; his brothers, Jacob and Justin Wartner of Starbuck; his grandparents, Frank, Susan Coffey of Cape Coral, FL, Kevin, Jennifer Wright of Fort Meyers, FL, Doug and Sharon Wartner of Morris; his great-grandparents, Jeanette Wright of Red Wing, Donald, Yvonne Wartner of Lake Benton and Yvonne Stewart of Reno, NV; and his aunts and uncles, Sheryl Martinez, Shannon, Darrin Craig of Holmes City, Rebekah and Noah Mattocks of Alexandria.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS THE FAMILY WOULD LIKE DONATIONS THAT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE MINNEWASKA AREA HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC DEPARTMENT AND THE GLENWOOD ROTARY CLUB, WHERE JOSIAH HAD EARNED A COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP.
