He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Nelson of Glenwood; his children, Christine Karnik (Michael Shuldhiess) of Farwell, Paul Codner (Suzanne) of Burnsville and Joseph Codner of Montana; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Ethan Codner, Rachel Karnik (Kyle Stratton) and Violet Codner.
