He is survived by: his wife Katy Leppa of Starbuck; his children, Jan Plaude (Candace) of Maple Grove and Anita Leppa of Fargo; his siblings, George Leppa (Shirley) and Judy Johnson (Nick) of Ponca City, OK; his grandchildren, Reece and Garrett Plaude; and his nieces and nephews, Clayton Johnson (Nancy), Ed Johnson (Dee), Matt Johnson (Michelle), Doreen Schiebe (Alan) and Jodie Kuesman (Matt).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to be made to the ALS Association.
