She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Revak and Darlene Ashlyn Anderson (Ashlyn); her stepfather Curtis Anderson; and her siblings, Brian Lee Revak and Connie Simacek-Revak.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn and Kayce; her husband Todd Sheldon of Glenwood; her daughters, Renee Pietz (Robert) of Starbuck, Nicole Revak of Benson and Samantha Revak (Keith Erickson) of Starbuck; and her grandchildren, Dylan Holan of Starbuck, Heidi Revak of Alexandria, Mariah Maurus of Starbuck, Lawrence Maurus of Starbuck, Nathan Revak of Starbuck, Gabriella Erickson of Starbuck and Grady Erickson of Starbuck.
