We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2023, at the age of 104, Celia Heggestad of Starbuck, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Anderson and Anna Anderson (Hoium); her husband Melvin Heggestad; her son Donald Heggestad; and her siblings, David, Arlene, Exilona, Dorothy and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Granley (Jim) of Clearbrook, Ruth Ann Ohman (Don Secora) of Buffalo and Mark Heggestad (Jill) of Arden Hills; her grandchildren, Todd (Karen), Brian, Kari (Tom), Jay (Lacey), Jon and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Megan (Jon), Haley (Tristan), Cierra and Rylan; her great great grandchild Gracie; and her sister Joann Holten of Starbuck. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Indherred Lutheran Church or Glacial Ridge Hospice.
