With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine Hamberg (Staples, Minnesota), born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Johnson and Edward Johnson; her husband Roy; her daughters, Linda Hamilton (Bob) and Janet Mertens (Jigs); and her granddaughter Michelle Tipton.
She is survived by: her children, John, Leroy Hamberg (Kathy), Mark Hamberg (Anne), Jon Hamberg (Darlys) and Betty Erbe (Dave). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
