It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wilson of Staples, Minnesota, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Wilson and Ethel Wilson (Alcott); and his wife Louise Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Craig "DJ" Wilson (Sheryl) and Kristy Jedinak (Ken); his grandchildren, Jessi Weinhandl (Jeremy), Jason Gustason (Beth), Cory Wilson, Blair Klemens (PJ) and Bo Jedinak (Emily); and his sister-in-law Carol Cross (Tom) of Wichita Falls, TX.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
The family requests Memorials be made to Minnesota Lions Eye Bank and the Staples Veterans Park.
