He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rowan and Neioma Rowan; his siblings, Robert Rowan and Arlene Deckert; his in-laws, Agnes and J. C. Pearson; and his brother-in-law Alvin Finn.
He is survived by: his wife Leone Pearson; his children, Tammy Noteboom (Tim) of Moorhead, MN and Mike Rowan (Amy) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Adam Rowan (Abby) of Delano, MN, Ben Noteboom of Valley City, ND and Jordan Rowan (Sierra) of Elk River, MN; his great grandchildren, Ellie Rowan and Lawson Rowan; his in-laws, Carol Rowan, Herman Deckert, Dave Pearson (Judy), Barb Finn and Shirley Seaver (Gene); and his granddaughters, Samantha and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, a host of friends, and two special neighbor.
