He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth M. Niemann (Korsten) and Gust A. Niemann; his siblings, Dennis, Dianna Olson and Delores Beeson; and his son-in-law Robert Lidtke.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Myers; his children, Terri Butler (Dan) of Piney Flatts, TN, AnnaLisa Dunham (Howard) of Clear Lake, Loni Kay Niemann of Motley, Shari Niemann of Fargo, ND, Robert Niemann (Brenda) of Andover, Tami Brotherton (Bruce) of Motley and Lori Dagle (Jeff) of East Bethel; and his sisters, Dixe DeMaio and Doris Janssen. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
