David Sweeney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2020, at the age of 93, David Sweeney (Staples, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sweeney and Mary Sweeney (Adamietz); his wife Genevieve Dukowitz; and his siblings, Robert, John, James, Donald, Hughie, Cletus, Gerald, Veronica and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, David J. Sweeney (Carrie) of Rice, Daniel Sweeney (LuAnn) of Staples, Mark Sweeney of Staples and Lucinda "Cindy" Sweeney of Osakis; his grandchildren, Brandon, Erik, Luke, Paul, Ryan, Jennifer and Michelle; and his great grandchildren, Aidan, Atticus and Jaxan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Now thanks to the Covid-19 Pandemic, he will silently be buried with a prayer.
