He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Resch (Tinkham) and John Resch; his former wife JoEllen Springer; and his siblings, Jack, Clarence, Gene, Jerome, Genevieve and Anton.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Hess; his daughters, Deborah McGlashan (Dennis) and Kathleen Resch; his grandchildren, Angela, Christopher, Adam, Cynthia, Catalina and Christina; and his stepchildren, Jeff Hess, Todd Hess, Peggy Hess (David) and Kim Smythe (Keith). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (310 4th St NE, Staples, MN 56479).
Memorials are preferred to the Shriners or St. Judes.
