He was predeceased by: his father James Ronning (Jim); and his wife Laurie Ronning (Jeseritz). He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ronning (Tamte); his son Patrick Ronning; his stepchildren, Matthew Severson, Aaron Severson (Sarah) and Rebekah Jonjak (Thomas); his stepgrandchildren, Jada, Caden, Ava, Rileigh, Isla, Edward and Olivia; and his brothers, James (Jimmy) and Ritchie Ronning (Roxi).
