She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Surdey and Harriet Surdey (Brones); her child Besides; her husband Darrell Lester; her grandson Brian Lester; her son-in-law Sheldon Olson; and her siblings, Merle Surdey, Faye Mortenson, Dennis Surdey and Ted Surdey.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Lester (Joanne) of Stanchfield, Sherri Luckow (David) of Stanchfield, Susan Centeno (Max) of St. Paul and Jeanne Olson of Stanchfield; her grandchildren, Shay, Barie, Brennon, Derri, Darla, Bella, Sarah, Brady, Mariah, Patty and Darah; her great grandchildren, Chase, Deven, Elijah, Chesney, Easten, Asher, Lenny, Lola and Luca; her great great grandchild Emmalyn; and her sister June Wallace of Pine City. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
