Sylvester Olin Phillips Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvester Olin Phillips of Stacy, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Phillips and Marjorie Phillips; his brothers, David and Bruce; his parents-in-law, Betty and Harold; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis and Marvin.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Joshua Phillips (Lisa), Ruth Bell (Neil), Zachary Phillips (Angela), Benjamin Phillips (Anika), Adam Phillips (Jillian), Rachel Smith (Chris), Luke Phillips, Rebekah Phillips and Joanna Salas (Francisco); and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Erin, James, Irie, Trey, Michael, Lynde, Charleigh, Hadleigh, Zachary, Lochlan, Ransom, Meraliese, Annora and Casey.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakes Free Church (29620 Olinda Trail, Lindstrom, MN 55045).
