He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Voyne Swan, Michael and Margaret Lombard. He is survived by: his parents, John Lombard and Paulette Lombard (Swan) of Park Rapids; his wife Kim; his daughters, Carolyn and Hailey; and also, Joe and Carol Sticha of New Prague. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
