It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Edward Sargent of Stacy, Minnesota, born in Brainerd, Minnesota, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burrell and Rose Mary Sargent (LeDoux); his wife Sharon Wood; and his siblings, John Patrick, Richard Joseph, David Ernest and Rose Mary Sargent.

He is survived by: his children, Brent Sargent (Nancy), Brian Sargent (Jennifer) and Debra Wilson (Brian); his grandchildren, Cody, Shannen, John, Jennifer, Karlee, Mataya and Jolson; and his great grandchildren, Philip Edward, Sharon Kay, Walter Ray and Lakelyn Marie.
