He is survived by: his wife Fay; his sons, David (Sally), Michael and Steven (Heidi); his grandchildren, Logan and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Avery, SkyLynn and Maven; and his brother-in-law Lonny Thomas (Linda).
