He is survived by: his children, Jean Leopold (James) of St. James, Rodney Therkilsen (JoAnn) of Otsego, Jennifer Therkilsen-Gebhard (Duane) of Park Rapids, Jay Therkilsen (Alberta) of Brandon, FL, Randy Therkilsen (Maureen) of Comfrey and Terry Therkilsen (Jeri) of Comfrey. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren.
