He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stevens and Helen Stevens (Armstrong); his stepfather Marvin Hogue; his son Harold; and his sister Patricia Cramb.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Stevens of Springfield; his daughter Sue Hillesheim (Kris) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Ashley White, Cody, Courtney, Matthew, Haley and Hunter; his son Marvin Stevens of Springfield; his grandchildren, Blake, Brandon and Bentley; his son Rick Stevens (Lisa) of Ceylon; his grandsons, Jeremy, Dylan, Levi and Lance; and his brothers, James and John Stevens. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
