He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Petersen and Grace Petersen (Henry); and his sister Shirley Bloemke (Harold). He is survived by: his wife Edna Petersen; his children, Dan Petersen (Corrine), Tim Petersen (Kahla) and Mary Root (Terry); and his sister MaryLou Carlson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid 19, visitation will be a "walk through" visitation to avoid congregating or gathering inside the building. All who attend are asked to wear masks and maintain social distancing guidelines Ralph "Hacky" Petersen was born on the family farm in rural Springfield to Raymond E. and Grace (Henry) Petersen on September 10, 1933.
