She was predeceased by: her father Albert L. Platz; her grandparents, Emma Turbes, Ed and Rose Platz; and her godfather Alexander Staloch.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Herrmann; her sons, Alexander and Adam Herrmann of Chicago; her mother Gloria A. Platz of Sleepy Eye; her siblings, Juli Hand (Larry) of DeSoto, Teresa Platz (David Maanum) of Fergus Falls and Randy Platz (Kara) of Springfield; and her godmother Verona Staloch. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
