It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Prechel of Springfield, Minnesota, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sprink and Esther Sprink (Kersten); and her husband Donald Prechel. She is survived by: her children, Jodi Nielsen (Byron), Jilleen Prechel and Arlo Prechel (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jason Nielsen (Jessica), Kent Nielsen, Kyle Nielsen (Kim) and Becca Prechel; and her stepgrandchildren, Chad Gerdes (Melissa), Amanda Johnson (Cale) and Christina Kadeloch (Eric). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
