He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marilyn Wetteroff and George Norton Jr. Lawrence "Larry"; and his parents, George Norton and Antionette Norton (Holloway). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Norton of Springfield; his children, Katheryn Stopski of Owatonna and Russell Norton of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Kristin Strand (Blair) of Waseca, Jennifer Litzler (Gene), Jennifer "B. J." Flicek (Brad) of Lonsdale, Michael Stopski Jr. (Jessica) of Northfield and Kelly Stopski of Two Harbors. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
