He is survived by: his wife Diana Fischer of Comfrey, MN; his children, Mike Fischer (Karla) of Comfrey, MN and Susan Romsdahl (Christopher) of Comfrey, MN; his grandchildren, Austin Fischer (Brooke), Matthew Fischer, Zakary Fischer, Makenze Fischer, Kaylee Romsdahl, Bradyn Romsdahl and Alexis Romsdahl; and his brother Richard Fischer of Denver, CO..
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (209 Field St N, Comfrey, MN 56019).
