He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Irene (Bast); his brothers, Garth and Gerard; his sister-in-law Rita; and his nephews, Joseph and Adam Jensen.
He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Pautzke; his grandchildren, Hailey Grout (Andrew), Ivan, Nolan, Violet, Leo, Sylvia Hovland, Angel, Michael, Grace Pautzke, Skyla, Hazel, Lydia of Farrah, JD and Weston Dauer; his siblings, Gail Heiderscheidt (Lowell), Gary (Karen), Grant (Lynette) and Glenn (Anita); his sisters-in-law, LeAnn and Sandy Jensen; and also, Tanya Hovland (Chad), Nick Pautzke (Andy) and Crystal Dauer (Nick).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (303 N Cass Ave, Springfield, MN 56087). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
